Neat place & very amiable staff on an excellent service. Fresh made breakfast selection with the 'hot' foods and gluten free options, as example served in the restaurant. Comfortable and unbeatable location for Newcastle, right by shops and concert venue as well as the areas around the shores of Lake Macquarie as well as the Central Coast.

The rooms are brand-new and air-conditioned, have down pillows. The setting is convenient and surprisingly quiet, near to 2 large shopping centres and other shops and the popular areas of Newcastle, extra comfy area.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. Clean, great value venue, the location was good just off the outskirts of Newcastle CBD. The room was neat and the facilities included a balcony, air conditioner, and a coffee table. The staff was really friendly and excellent, everything was good.

The rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities I require, like the in-room air conditioning, electric kettle and wonderfully comfortable beds.
